Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Fraud;

A. On June 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would return the Victim plus 10 million won of profit if he/she invests 48 million won in the E cafeteria located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.”

However, at the time, there was no order for the Defendant to request the Defendant to build a auxiliary distribution unit case from smuggling.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim as above and received 48 million won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant on July 1, 2015 as the investment money, and acquired it by fraud.

B. On July 2015, the Defendant, at the victim’s house located in F in the former Korean Warman F, imported 600 out of 150 of the travel capital made by the trading company with Aluminium, and was scheduled to sell it in Korea, and if the funds are insufficient, it would be repaid to the lower order of the same month.
