A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Incheon District Court’s Branch on August 11, 2008, and was sentenced to three years for the same crime at the Seoul High Court on June 11, 2010, and was sentenced to four years for imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Branch on October 31, 2014, and was sentenced to five times for the punishment for larceny on July 6, 2018 in addition to the completion of the execution of the final sentence at Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch on July 6, 2018.

[2018, group 2081] On August 13, 2018, at around 13:12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance in which the aforementioned factory employees did not correct any cresh; and (b) entered the office room in which the said factory employees did not have any cresh; and (c) in the household owned by the victim, who was suffering from clothes, the amount of KRW 130,00 in cash equivalent to KRW 30,00 in the market price; gift certificates equivalent to KRW 50,00 in the market price; (d) gift cards equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market price; (e) credit card cards; (e) driving licenses; (e) bank security cards; and (e) bank security cards; and (e) 200,000 in the market price consisting of evidentiary photographs.

In other words, the victim's property was stolen.

[2018 Highest 2395] On August 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on August 3, 2018, the victim F in the 25th floor of the building in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, managed by the victim F, and allowed access to the 25th floor of the building; (b) on the first floor, the Defendant used the elevator and invaded the building managed by the victim following entering the H patent attorney.
