Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of the city bus B.

On October 12, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:30 on October 12, 2013, and stopped at the bus stops in the Asan-si C Apartment 101, Asan-si, Asan-si, a hot spring station located in the new hot spring room, and got off or getting off passengers.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to take necessary measures, such as accurately opening the door so that he/she does not fall off or get off the motor vehicle and prevent accidents from occurring.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and started without shutting the right back, and turned the victim D (n, 65 years of age) who left the back with the back door into the ground, and imposed on both sides of the victim's bridge with the back wheels of the bus.

The Defendant suffered approximately fourteen (14) weeks of the above occupational negligence from the victim’s open mination of the upper right frame, which requires treatment.
