Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B’s special thief Defendant B, who was in a relationship with the network E, and Defendant B and A, as the victim’s pro-friendly relationship with the victim’s network E, listened to the awareness that the victim was dead, Defendant B and A had their own property among the property under the victim’s name, and conspired with the victim’s personal seal impression, computer, and real estate-related documents, etc., which were kept in the victim’s office, without the victim’s consent.

At around 19:00 on December 4, 2012, Defendant B, F, and G had one computer owned by the victim, one seal imprint, one real estate-related document, and other related documents on the books of the above office, where Defendant B cancelled the locking system using the key of the office that Defendant B received from the victim, and entered the locking system by using the key of the office.

As a result, Defendant B stolen the victim’s property together with Defendant A.

2. The Defendants, as described in paragraph (1), have stolen one copy of their personal seal impression as indicated in the document forgery and the use of the document to bring about Defendant B’s property under the name of E without the consent of the bereaved family members of E, and issued a certificate of personal seal impression in response thereto.

Accordingly, Defendant A asked Defendant A to obtain the certificate of his seal impression using the stolen seal impression as above by Defendant A’s pro-friendly type. Defendant A, around December 6, 2012, at a two-party 1 Dong office with Dobong-gu Seoul Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “A”), delegated by using a pen box in the form of “a”, “I”, “I”, and “I” in the resident registration number column, and “eight copies (general5, 3)” in the issuance column.
