Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the Daegu District Court, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the Daegu District Court on October 14, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 12, 2015.

1. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant illegally used a vehicle: (a) driven a 1km car owned by the victim D while parked in the front of the construction site located in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, the key of which is stuck, without the consent of the damaged party.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above automobile temporarily without the consent of the right holder.

2. On March 26, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at the section of about 1km from the front side of the construction site located in the Gandong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, Gyeongdong-gun, and about 0.258% under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol at around 08:20 on March 26, 2016.
