Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on June 13, 2017, the Defendant, in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, by deceiving the victim as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the price, and would immediately pay the price to the bank, and by deceiving the victim, he was provided with cultural gift certificates of KRW 150,00,000, including 13 copies of original gift certificates and 5,000,000 cultural gift certificates and 4 copies of original gift certificates.
