Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a taxi for business use C.

On September 7, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 03:15, and driven the 665-way road at the entrance of the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, at the night at the time, according to the two-lane road at a speed of about 52 km along the two-lane road at the vicinity of the Dongam Station, and there are a lot of commercial buildings around the above road.
