Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution by the Suwon District Court on August 6, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 14, 2013.

At around 02:00 on December 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) assaulted “C” located in Suwon-gu B and second floor of Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, with the report of 112, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the ground that the police officer assigned to the D Zone of the Suwon Police Station, who was called the scene, shouldered the ethbbbb, and eths the ethbb, in order to have the knife for returning home; and (b) obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties.
