1. The Plaintiff:
A. As regards Defendant Daewoo Construction Co., Ltd, the amount of KRW 289,244,813 and KRW 101,000,000 among them shall be as follows:
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties 1) The Plaintiff shall be deemed to have been an apartment of 137, Dong-dong, 137 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) during Ansan-si.
(2) For the management of the apartment of this case, Boan Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Boan Construction”) is a business entity that constructed and sold the apartment of this case, and the Defendant Kugu Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Treatment Construction”) is a person who constructed the apartment of this case under a contract for the instant new apartment construction (hereinafter “instant subcontract”) from Boan Construction (hereinafter “instant subcontract”). The Defendant Construction Co., Ltd. guaranteed the obligation to repair the defects of the instant apartment of this case.
B. On June 7, 2004, Defendant Treatment Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Construction Co., Ltd.”) refers to a warranty insurance contract (hereinafter “the first guarantee contract of this case”) as set out in the following table 1 through 5 with Defendant Construction Co., Ltd. as well as the entire guarantee contract of this case as the entire guarantee contract of this case.
A) A contract was concluded and issued by the Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association and issued a warranty certificate to the head of Ansan City for the inspection of usage. The warranty period for the construction of the instant apartment from February 22, 2008 to February 122, 2018 to February 21, 2018, the columns of the warranty bond for the construction of the instant apartment from February 22, 201, the bearing wall, and the floors, the floors, and the roof from February 22, 2008 to February 122, 2013 to February 21, 2013, including the designation and the basis for the inspection for repair of defects from February 22, 201 to February 24, 28, 288, the warranty bond for the construction of the instant apartment from February 21, 201 to February 24, 968, and the warranty bond for repair of defects from February 26, 2015 to 206.
