Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in the presence of the representative of the tenant of the above loan, while living in the Jeonsung-gun, Bosung-gun.

The victim D, around April 2014, installed a decline fence by taking about KRW 3 million into contact E, the land owned by the victim, Jeonnam-gun, Bosung-gun, the land owned by the victim.

On April 2015 to May 2015, the Defendant removed and damaged the decline fence for the reason that occupants are not easy and scenicly good due to the decline fence installed by the victim at around 08:00 on Sundays 08.
