A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

Around 03:10 on July 23, 2015, the Defendant filed a false report with the purport that he/she is employing an instrument in the instant singing room while he/she paid time expenses due to D, an owner of the instant singing room, and an issue of acting driving, etc. in Seongbuk-gu Seoul.

1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 위 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 서울종암경찰서 E지구대 소속 경위 F가 사실관계를 확인하려고 하자 위 노래방에 설치된 전화기, 냉장고 등을 부수려고 하는 등 난동을 피우고, F가 이를 제지하자 손으로 F의 목 부분을 1회 때리고, 발로 F의 허벅지와 낭심 부분을 수회 걷어찼으며, 손으로 F의 얼굴을 2회 때린 다음 손톱으로 F의 손을 할퀴었다.

계속하여 피고인은 위 지구대 소속 경위 G이 피고인을 제지하자 손으로 G의 몸통을 수회 밀치고, 발로 허벅지를 2회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted F and G respectively, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties on the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. The Defendant damaged property, at the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1, took 43,00 won of the market price of F in his hand while assaulting F at the same time and place as above, and cut down the part of F in his part.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property.
