Punishment of the crime

The defendant operates a general restaurant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B with the trade name "C".

No one shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles under the age of 19 years to juveniles.

Nevertheless, around 00:00 on June 29, 2014, the Defendant sold D (15 years of age, women) a total of KRW 100,000,000,000, such as four weeks of drugs harmful to juveniles, to D (15 years of age, women).
