Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) for about 40 minutes at the “D” ran tavern operated by the victim C at the Seocho-si of 22:00 on February 21, 2016; and (b) for a total of about 40 minutes, the Defendant’s interference with business.

“The victim’s main business was obstructed by force for about 40 minutes by putting the customers who had been in the place by putting the disturbance on the said main place,” and by obstructing the victim’s main business.

2. The Defendant, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value at the time, place, as stated in the preceding paragraph, was pretended to be paid by the Defendant, and was provided by the victim C with beer 20 C, water storages, and yellow beer, and then acquired it by fraud by failing to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 130,000.
