A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.170%, and around May 20, 2016, the Defendant driven C vehicles up to the 495-ro 12-13-o, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul-si, a gallonian department store, on the roads near Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul-si.

2. On May 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 04:26, the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, Suwon-si, the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, in violation of the signal at the jurisdiction of the court to direct a vehicle C in front of the parking distance, and (b) the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, in violation of the signal at the jurisdiction of the court to direct a vehicle C; (c) the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, in violation of the signal at the front of the 6KBSRa Center, 124-gil, 124-gil, in the transfer of the arms, was ordered to stop

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who neglected and continued to drive the above vehicle, changed the two lanes from 110 lanes to 110 lanes by the transfer of the Tong-gu Tong-si, and entered the left-hand to the left-hand end of the white hospital, and then proceeded directly with the signal in violation of the signal from the front distance of the viewing distance, to the front distance of the viewing distance.

As a result, the Defendant violated the signal repeatedly while driving C vehicles and invaded the central line, thereby causing danger to traffic.
