Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On August 20, 2013, the Defendant was driving the said Am-Wurd-Wur-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wurd-Wur

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to drive safely after temporary suspension prior to the entry into the intersection.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and did not temporarily stop on the left side of the progress direction without temporarily suspending, and received the back part of the victim C (Nam, 34 years old) driving in accordance with the yellow light signals from the right side of the running direction, as the front part of the above Aburged car.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury on the victim E (V, 25 years of age) who boarded the back seat of the passenger car in the franchisa, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
