On February 2, 2017, the Defendant, at the “F Logistics Center” located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, stored goods to be delivered at the F Logistics Center in addition to the goods to be delivered at the D’s place of business in addition to the goods to be distributed at the D’s place of business and stolen management of such goods, using the fact that: (a) the delivery of the instant goods to be delivered by the Defendant was stored in the cargo vehicle; (b) loaded at the same time a rice delivery, a delivery of the alternative distribution unit, at another place of business, and stolen them from that time until October 18, 2017, at a total of 11 times, as indicated in the list of the following crimes.
