A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and three months and by a fine of 600,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 8, 2015.

1. Around 00:50 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant used the victim’s face at the Dcarpet in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, that was, the Defendant used the victim’s face at one time with his/her hand when putting the victim’s head debt, and putting the victim’s face at one time with his/her hand without any justifiable reason.
