On October 31, 2016, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.126% from the 1km section from the front to the front road of Singu-si, Singu-si to the front road of Singu-si 50 (Yang-dong), from the front road of Singu-si to the front road of Singu-si.
