1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following cases, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The second 14th part of the judgment of the first instance court is "the first dismissal of this case" as "the first dismissal of this case".

Article 31 (Release from Position) Item 3 of the 12th judgment of the court of first instance shall be deemed "Article 31 (Release from Position) Item 3".

Part VI of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be deleted.

2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
