Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant and the person who requested an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) (hereinafter “Defendant”) were sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 27, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 4, 2017.
Defendant
A was released on March 29, 2013 during the execution of the sentence on February 10, 2012 by sentence of one year and six months for fraud in the Sungnam branch, and the parole period was expired on June 6, 2013. On December 27, 2016, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced a one-year suspended sentence to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 27, 2016, and became final and conclusive on January 4, 2017.
Defendant
P was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on January 13, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 5, 2017.
[Criminal facts] The Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
1. Defendant AB 2017 Gohap 60
A. On October 11, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine, and melted them into arms in around 11, 2016.
B.
