If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:40 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the Victim C (Woo, 45 years of age) who is the wife, “lock” himself/herself, and (b) taken the victim’s knife at 3 times, and knife the knife (26 cm in total length, 16 cm in knife) with the victim’s knife in his/her hand, and used the knife in his/her face and knife the knife in his/her knife in his/her knife with the victim’s knife by directly contact with the victim’s face, and assaulted the victim, such as knifeing the victim at the victim’s knife with the victim’s knife as a small room.
