On December 15, 2016, at around 08:30 on December 15, 2016, the Defendant sought a victim’s body with a wire line in preparation for the purpose of receiving the unpaid construction cost from the victim C at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Construction Site, but did not achieve the intent with the victim’s resistance, and carried out physical fighting with the victim, which is a dangerous object on the work stand in the construction site (25 cm length, 35 cm in total).
