1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 12, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On August 12, 2003, the Plaintiff lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant, but the Defendant paid only KRW 10 million out of the said money to the Plaintiff.
