A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not administer a psychotropic drug camacopon (one copon (one copon; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

Nevertheless, at around 19:00 on March 27, 2012, the Defendant administered a penphone over 12 occasions from the above date to September 19, 2012, by inserting approximately 0.08g of opononon at the time of disposable injection, dilution with water, and making the Defendant injection into the part of the Defendant’s arms. In addition, the Defendant administered a penphone over a total of 12 times from the above date to September 19, 2012, as shown in the list of crimes.
