1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 7, and Eul evidence Nos. 1 (including branch numbers) may be admitted as a whole by integrating the purport of the entire pleadings (including substantial facts in this court).

On December 28, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for damage equivalent to the cost of ground restoration work and the cost of removing the housing (hereinafter “instant lawsuit”) on the ground that the construction work of an urban-type residential housing and an officetel building built by the said company in the vicinity of the Plaintiff’s housing owned by the said company, under the Suwon District Court Decision 2015Ga14642, Suwon District Court Decision 2015Da1442, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for damage equivalent to the cost of ground restoration work, the cost of removing the housing, and the cost of removing the housing (hereinafter “instant lawsuit”).
