1. The Defendant paid KRW 38,083,533 to the Plaintiff KRW 6% per annum from April 15, 2011 to August 18, 2015.

1. Basic facts
A. From October 2008 to April 15, 201, the Plaintiff supplied landscaping trees (hereinafter “instant landscaping trees”) to the Defendant’s site located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Sinsung-gun, the Defendant-owned business entity, and the site for a temporary job-seeking store located in the pentasi-si (hereinafter “instant site”) during the period from October 2008 to April 15, 201, and supplied the said penta-gun site (hereinafter “instant landscaping site”). The Plaintiff performed landscaping works for the instant penta-gun site (hereinafter “instant landscaping”).
B. The Defendant paid to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 80 million from October 21, 2008 to November 18, 2009 as the price for landscaping trees and landscaping construction works in this case.

2. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion and its determination 1) Plaintiff’s assertion that the price for the landscaping trees of this case was KRW 110,67,763, and KRW 13,348,800 for the extraction work of the above landscape trees, and KRW 35,161,937 for the construction work of this case (i.e., 20,971,190 for water and water tank KRW 7,765,747 for water bags of KRW 4,832,593,00 for water bags of KRW 4,832,593,00 for 1,593,00 for 80,000 among them, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of the price for the landscaping trees of this case and damages for delay from April 15, 2011 to the date following the final delivery date of the landscape trees of this case.
The name, standard, and quantity of the instant land are as listed in attached Form 1. The fact that the value of the existing landscaped trees of the instant case is KRW 75,659,617, which is calculated based on the unit price alleged by the Plaintiff via the evidence attached to the instant complaint (i.e., KRW 69,357,071, which is KRW 6,302,546) is not a dispute between the parties. (According to the results of the appraisal by 2 appraiser E and the purport of the entire pleadings, the instant land at the time of the said appraisal is located on January 2014.
