Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a driver of B cab, and around 00:40 on June 22, 2014, the Defendant took an illegal internship on the front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City road; (b) accordingly, the victim D, a slope belonging to the traffic safety department of the Gangseo-dong Police Station, attempted to stop and control the said taxi, and (c) intended to impose penalty points on the taxi engineer at the opportunity that various drivers, such as E, look at the victim’s right to view, and (d) stated that “I am swelve as I am swelve.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
