A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2007, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 17 million from C to January 8, 201; (b) borrowed KRW 275 million over 38 times until January 8, 201; (c) repaid KRW 257,445,00 on 407 occasions from May 4, 2007 to December 20, 201; and (d) received a demand for the issuance of a promissory note from C to request for a change; and (d) received a demand to issue a promissory note under the name of Do governor D, E, and sent it to C.

1.(a)

On August 6, 2009, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City F, 107 Dong 1105, the Defendant: (a) stated “this million won,” “D” in the issuer’s column, “resident number H”; and (b) forged one copy of the securities in the name of Do governor, “D” in the name of Do governor.

B. Around that time, the Defendant sent forged promissory notes by mail to C and exercised the forged securities.

2.(a)

On August 27, 2009, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, forged one copy of securities in the name of He, who is an unauthorized person E, by stating in the issuer column, “E”, “E”, and “resident number J” in the address column for the purpose of exercising a promissory note purchase in the door-gu room.

B. Around that time, the Defendant sent forged promissory notes by mail to C and exercised the forged securities.

3.(a)

On November 23, 2009, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, stated “this million won”, “E”, “E”, “E”, and “J” in the column of the place of issuance, signed and sealed the “J” in the column of the land for promissory notes purchased in the door-to-door district for the purpose of exercising its rights, and forged one copy of securities under the name of “B”, “Surety”, and “E” with the seal affixed to the endorsement column, and then forged one copy of securities under the name of “BK.”
