1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are assistant principals or teachers of elementary schools in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City area under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Special Metropolitan Office of Education, and the defendant is the execution and supervision agency of the affairs concerning education and art in Seoul Special Metropolitan City

B. The Plaintiffs acquired a master’s degree at the “F graduate school university school curriculum” located in Chungcheongnam-Nam (hereinafter “F graduate school curriculum”), and the Board of Audit and Inspection conducted an audit of the “actual status of the implementation of creative education policies” (hereinafter “inspection of this case”), followed: (a) determined that there was a problem in the management of school affairs of the graduate school of this case, etc. as indicated in [inspection result]; and accordingly, (b) requested the Defendant to take measures such as entry [measures].
