1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 13, 2017, around 18:45, Defendant A provided three guest rooms with the trade name “D” in Pyeongtaek-si C3, and arranged to receive 130,000 won from customers who found the place and provide guidance to a smuggling to ensure sexual intercourse with women in sexual traffic, and arranged sexual traffic for the business from the middle of December 2016 to the above date.
