The Defendant, on September 4, 2017, at the “C convenience point” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, on September 23:4, 2017, without any particular reason, to E, a police officer belonging to the police station of Ulsan-gu, Police Station Daehan-gu, Seoul-do, without any specific reason.
