When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:20 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle driver's license at a section of approximately 500 meters from the day near the home set in the new sub-dong of the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the roads located in the same Dong-dong.
