A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On June 27, 2019, around 20:0, on the ground that the Defendant assaulted the Victim C (20 years of age) who is an son in the dwelling of the Defendant located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant laid the kitchen gate (34 cm in total length, 21 cm in length) located in the kitchen, and laid down the part of the kitchen gate on the left part and the lower part of the victim’s left part and the lower part on one occasion, putting the upper part of the right part and the left hand on one occasion.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things with the victim, who was injured by the treatment days, such as the victim.
