The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the court below's imprisonment (eight months of imprisonment) is unreasonable.

2. The degree of injury suffered by the victim due to the instant case was significant, and did not reach an agreement or recover from damage to the trial, and the Defendant has been punished several times due to the same kind of violent crime.

In addition, the sentence of the court below is a punishment determined in consideration of all favorable circumstances, such as the fact that this case was under the influence of alcohol and the confession of a crime and the depth of the crime, and there is no change in the situation in the trial.

In addition, considering the motive and background of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, the occupation, career, and environment of the defendant, various sentencing conditions shown in the records and pleadings, the sentence of the court below cannot be deemed unfair.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is without merit and it is so decided as per Disposition in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
