Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the fine shall be 100.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 2014, the Defendant related to the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul E and the two parcels of multi-family housing: (a) leased KRW 24 million to F, a broker for a construction license loan in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul E and two parcels of land; (b) borrowed a construction business registration certificate, etc. of G Co., Ltd., a constructor; and (c) borrowed a H construction business registration certificate, etc., of H construction corporation, a constructor at the same place as a policeman on November 201
On August 7, 2014, the Defendant reported the commencement of construction works to the competent authority by using a registration certificate for construction business of G Co., Ltd. on November 21, 2014. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant reported the completion of construction works by using a construction business registration certificate, etc. of H Co., Ltd., and constructed five-story multi-unit houses on the ground of the total floor area of the five-story from August 7, 2014 to February 2, 2015, from the above E to the Haman.
Accordingly, the Defendant borrowed a construction business registration certificate, etc. of another constructor and constructed a multi-family housing under the Building Act, which is a residential building with a total floor area of not more than 661m2 even though it is not a constructor
2. On August 2014, the Defendant related to the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and one parcel of multi-family housing was leased a construction business registration certificate, etc. of JJ Co., Ltd., a constructor, with a rental fee of KRW 24 million to F, a broman, a construction license lease of KRW 14 million in the vicinity of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and one parcel.
The Defendant reported the commencement of construction to the competent authority on September 2, 2014, and constructed a collective housing of five-storys on the ground of the total floor area of 534.86 square meters in the above I and one parcel from March 25, 2015.
Accordingly, the Defendant borrowed a construction business registration certificate, etc. of another constructor and constructed a multi-family housing under the Building Act, which is a residential building with a total floor area of not more than 661m2 even though it is not a constructor

On July 2015, the Defendant related to the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and two parcels of multi-family housing was leased a construction business registration certificate, etc. of L Co., Ltd., a constructor, with a rental fee of KRW 36 million to F, a broman, a construction license lease of KRW 2,00,000,000 in the vicinity of K and two parcels of
