Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on September 13, 2013 in the Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu branch for embezzlement, etc., and on September 24, 2013, the said judgment became final and conclusive and is still under suspension of execution.

1. Forgery of fraud and private documents;
