Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 20:44 on the street before the victim D’s residence in Gwangju-si; (b) while driving Ebenz automobiles, the Defendant bened the victim’s chest to flick the flicker’s floor inside the parking lot boundary; (c) flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flicker’s flick, and flick’s flick.

2. In the above date, at the above time, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against D; (b) the Defendant’s wife F (the 69 years of age) prevented him from doing so; (c) caused the Defendant to inflict an injury on his wife by using the victim’s hand, thereby making it difficult for him to bring about about three weeks of treatment.
