1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant with respect to the third floor detached house of 85.98 square meters among the real estate indicated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. In full view of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement between the Plaintiff and C, Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3, 5, and 7 evidence Nos. 1 to 1, 7-1, each of the loan agreement with this court, each of the order issued to submit financial information to the Gyeonggi-gu Dairy Farming Cooperatives (hereinafter “Seoul-gu Dairy Farming Cooperatives”) and the NongHyup Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Agricultural Bank”), and the overall purport of pleadings, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on Jan. 13, 2015 with the term of lease of KRW 85.98 square meters of the three-story detached house (hereinafter “instant house”) until February 22, 2018, the lease deposit amount of KRW 80,000,000 (hereinafter “the instant lease agreement”), and the fixed date of the lease agreement with the Plaintiff on Jan. 13, 2015, and the delivery of KRW 300,000,000 for each of the instant houses 1.

Contrary to this, the statement in Eul No. 1 does not believe that it is for the following reasons.
