A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

1. While under the influence of alcohol, presented the driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Chungcheongnam-do Police Agency as the Defendant’s driver’s license to E, who is the seat of the Defendant.

3. Around September 19:52, 2019, the Defendant driven a vehicle B e300 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the section on the street from the front of a place where it is impossible to know the city road of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the first underground level in the Jinando, which is located in the Jinho-si, Jindo.
