Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) received a report on the second street of the building B in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) received a report on the 112 report, and received a request to present an identification card from the C Inspector belonging to the Seocheon-gu Police Station, the victim, who is the husband of the reporter and the reporter, etc.; (c) took actions that seem to commit assault against the victim; and (d) openly took actions such as “Isk and are the police,” and “Iskh spathic spaths.”
