Punishment of the crime

1. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years and six months of imprisonment with labor at the Seoul Central District Court on March 31, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 8, 2016.

2. The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on March 31, 2016 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 8, 2016.
