1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is fully paid KRW 33,880,000 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its amount from September 3, 2016.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

Basic Facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation with the objective of building construction business, site creation business, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation with the objective of engineering activities and surveying business.

B. On November 24, 2014, the Plaintiff, upon entering into a service contract, promoted a quasi-industrial complex development project (hereinafter “instant project”). In relation thereto, on November 24, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract for permission of change and a cadastral survey service contract (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant service contracts,” and individually referred to as “permission contract for change”, “the instant cadastral survey contract,” and “the instant cadastral survey contract”) with the Defendant, and had the Defendant perform the business of permission for change and cadastral survey of the instant project.

C. Main terms of the instant change - Contract Price: 154,00,000 (excluding value-added tax) - Contract Period: From the date of the contract to the date of completion of the approval of the project plan - Article 5 (Contract Amount and Method of Payment) of the General Conditions (2) of the Service Price of the present contract
