A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B at a low cost.

On July 28, 2015, around 05:55, the Defendant was driving the said car in the direction of the prime filial wave from the direction of the Magazon in the 86 North-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu.

In this case, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the motor vehicle with due care in the surrounding traffic condition while keeping the vehicle line.

The Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. on the clocks, tensions, etc. in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment; (b) inflicted injury on the victim E (50) who was on the car in the car in the car in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment; (c) upon the victim FF (51) who was on the same car in need of medical treatment for about three weeks of clocks, tensions, etc.; and (d) at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures such as destroying the said car in order to repair the car in excess of approximately 3,291,000 won, and aiding the damaged person.
