1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than Defendant A, Defendant B, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, etc., nor an entrusted business entity, shall engage in any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, and no person shall open a gambling place for profit;

Defendant

A, Defendant B, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K (hereinafter “E”) conspired in order to operate the Internet gambling site, and E, F were willing to act as a general manager of the operation of the gambling site and the management of earnings, and the Defendants and G, H, I, J, and K were members and the total number of members, charging and exchanging, and the management of the customer bulletin board.

According to the above public offering, E, etc., from October 5, 2015 to November 27, 2018, with the Defendants, opened and operated an Internet gambling site, “M,” “N,” and “O, etc. (the occasional change of address; hereinafter the “instant gambling site”) at the office located in Thailand L from October 5, 2015 to November 27, 2018, with the Defendants, paid 53 copies of 53,30,634,383 won in total from members of the above website’s 4,061, and paid 53,30,634,383 won to members of the above website to make up for the game money, and then, the result of the operation of the sports site, such as the Plaintiff’s name Q Bank Account (R), QB Bank Account (T), and V Bank Account (W), etc., using the deposit account in the name of the State.

Accordingly, Defendant A was in collusion with E, etc. from August 2015 to April 2018, and Defendant B from September 2017 to November 2018, respectively, and without being entrusted with the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation.
