Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened about 1g of philopon to the public telephone boxes adjacent to the D Service Center located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) taken the location of the philopon with the cell phone, and then sent pictures to B to “E” as a mobile SNS; (c) received the philopon price from F, who is another drug offender, and then sent the said pictures to F, thereby bringing about F to the said philopon.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell phiphones to F.

B. On August 29, 2018, at around 00:00 on August 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put one-time injection machine and approximately 3.3gg of hempphones in a house in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) sent pictures to B as “E”; (c) sent pictures to H after receiving one million won of the price from H, who is another drug offender, to receive one million won of the said pictures; and (d) sent the said pictures to H in writing, but appears to be written in F in writing.

They brought about the philophones and marijuana.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with B makes a penphone and marijuana to H.
