A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 400,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

From March 22, 2016, the Defendant owned C New Airport XG car and operated the said car without mandatory insurance on the front road of the Samsung Electronic Service Center located in the Changwon-si, Samsung Electronic Service Center located in the Changwon-si, Masan-si, Samsungwon-si on March 22, 2016.
