1. In Busan District Court Decision 2010Kahap22883, the plaintiffs' appeal based on the final judgment of the damages case is the main body of the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 2, 2010, the parties concerned Plaintiff C was hospitalized in H hospitals located in Yangsan-si G and received treatment, and thereby suffered serious physical disability due to aggravation of symptoms. Plaintiff A and B are the parents of Plaintiff C, and Plaintiff D is the parents of Plaintiff C.

Defendant F is a medical doctor in charge of the industrial department belonging to the above H Hospital, and Defendant F is an employer of Defendant F and his spouse, and is a medical doctor in charge of the above H Hospital.

B. Plaintiff C’s internal source and Defendant F’s treatment progress 1) Plaintiff C appealed on May 1, 2010, the two copies, heat, ruptures, and ruptures were appealed to the above H Hospital where the Defendants serve. Defendant F prescribed piracy and ruptures to Plaintiff C and returned home. 2) Plaintiff C’s next day.

C. Plaintiff C’s aggravation of the state of Plaintiff C and Plaintiff C’s hospitalization continued to appeal two copies even after his hospitalization, and the center was not centered on around 16:00 on May 5, 2010.
