Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for habitual larceny in the branch court of the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on March 11, 2018. On February 14, 2019, the same court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for larceny, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 19, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on June 9, 2019.

2. On September 6, 2019, the Defendant, at the N-dong underground parking lot of the Daegu M&M building N-gu, Daegu, opened a door door to the driver’s seat of the Pstrento vehicle owned by the victims not corrected, and is inside the said vehicle.
