1. The Defendant’s KRW 38,067,200 as well as 5% per annum from April 9, 2019 to February 15, 2021 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 2017, the Defendant leased the 60,000,000 Won, monthly rent of KRW 1,850,000 (Additional Value Map) to the head of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 3 floors, and operated D Taekwondo (hereinafter “the Taekwondo Chapter”).

B. On September 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded an entrustment contract for sports painting management (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”) with respect to the instant Taekwondo Chapter, as follows:

The location where the subject matter of a contract for entrustment of the management of the sports Do hall is indicated: The deposit for the lease of the D Taekwondo hall in Suwon-gu, Suwon-do: The truster B (hereinafter referred to as "A") and the trustee A (hereinafter referred to as "B") shall enter into an entrustment contract for management by mutual agreement between the truster B (hereinafter referred to as "A") and the trustee (hereinafter referred to as "B") of Article 1 of the above-mentioned lease-related facility and all the goodwills: 1.85,000 won per month (excluding value added tax):

1. Upon entering into a contract, A shall hold the position of the General Director, and B shall be the Director of a Guidance Center who operates his/her seal on a day;

(c) at the time of sale of the seal, where the order of priority of acceptance is entitled to B and there is no intention to accept B’s seal, A may sell it to third parties;

3. The time and amount of sale of the above seal shall be agreed upon between A and B.

5. At the time of sale of the seal, the first 40,000,000 won paid to this Party A as the terms of consignment shall be given in preference to others.

- Contract gold 10,000,000 Won: B shall be payable on September 22, 2017 to A.

- Balance 30,000,000 won: October 31, 2017

Article 2 Section A shall entrust all necessary authority to operate the painting.

B shall perform the duty of recruitment, education, promotion, or examination of prizes of an officer or a member.

Article 3 Section A and B shall entrust management on November 1, 2017.

Article 5 Article 5 Section A and B shall preferentially disburse the total income of educational expenses incurred in the above painting, whichever is:

(1) Rent of painting, management expenses of paintings, maintenance expenses of vehicles owned by them, and
