Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:00 on May 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim B (the 21-year-old) to continue to commit suicide on the ground that the victim was dead, the Defendant, within the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to the victim on the ground that the victim was dead, and (b) demanded the victim to continue to commit suicide if the Defendant was dead; (c) thrown away the plos; (d) thrown away the plos; and (e) thrown away the plos; and (e) thrown away the body of the victim or his family members.

2. On May 5, 2013, at around 19:00 and around 22:00 of the same month, the Defendant threatened the victim, as the victim’s or his/her family members, by stating, “I will commit suicide without delivery, will die, and will throw away his/her house, and his/her family will also die,” for the same reason as in paragraph (1) above.
